Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items or clearance stock.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
By returning a product for change of mind, Infinity Cases will deduct 10% from the refund of the sell price of the item as a restock fee.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the return postage. Please contact us before sending your return.
